It is inspired by Amarok 1.4 to the Qt 4 framework and focusing on a fast and easy-to-use interface for searching and playing your music. 1) Install Clementine in Linux
All the major distribution included Clementine package by default. We can install it by firing the below commands into our systems.
[Ubuntu/Debian/LinuxMint] $ sudo apt-get install clementine [suse/openSUSE] $ sudo zypper install clementine [ArchLinux/Manjaro] $ sudo pacman -S clementine [Fedora 22 later] $ sudo dnf install clementine [RHEL/CentOS & Fedora 21 older] $ sudo yum install clementine
2) Install clementine latest version via PPA
For Ubuntu/LinuxMint users can install latest version of clementine 1.2.3 by adding below PPA’s into system.
[Install clementine] $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:me-davidsansome/clementine $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clementine [Remove clementine] $ sudo apt-get remove clementine
